This symposium is being conducted to promote interaction with other Institutes as well as to equip our students to face challenges of real time situations which would help to motivate the students in the pursuit of knowledge in Engineering and Technology.It is important that you have to make of this platform to excel in your talents in order to reflect on your progress and discuss the way forward.
EVENTS
ROBO RACE
-
This round has lot of obstacles. A Robot which overcomes these obstacles within the scheduled time is declared as winner.
-
Maximum dimension -30x30x30 cm.
-
Both wired and wireless bot are allowed to use.
-
Maximum weight must not exceed 8kg.
-
Extra points will be provided for wireless bots.
-
Power will be provided at sight of track.

ROBO MAZE
A robot is placed in the far corner of a large, randomly drawn maze consisting of 5cm square segments. Junctions are akin to standard mazes - dead ends, T-intersections, right and left hand turns, etc. In the dead center of the maze, is an open area, 2 segments wide and 2 segments long. This central area is positioned in such a way that left-turn only or right-turn only robots can never reach it. The goal is to reach the center of the maze in the fastest time
possible, across several attempts.

LINE FOLLOWER
The line follower robot is a mobile machine that can detect and follow the line drawn on the floor. Generally, the path is predefined and can be either visible like a black line on a white surface with a high contrasted color or it can be invisible like a magnetic filed. Definitely, this kind of robot should sense the line with its infrared ray (IR) sensors that installed under the robot. After that, the data is transmitted to the processor by specific transition buses. Hence,the processor is going to decide the proper commends and then it sends them to the driver and thus the path will be followed by the line follower robot

CIRCUIT DESIGNING
To learn techniques for circuit designing in a systematic manner.
The process of circuit design can cover systems ranging from complex electronic systems all the way down to the individual transistors within an integrated circuit. For more complex designs, teams of designers following a systematic approach with intelligently guided computer simulation are becoming increasingly common. In integrated circuit design automation, the term "circuit design" often refers to the step of the design cycle which outputs the schematics of the integrated circuit.

Present your own Ideas for a duration of 10 minutes.This event includes query session also. Best Idea will be awarded with cash prize.Only individual participants are allowed to participate.
SHORT FILM & PHOTOGRAPHY

This is a short film competition and hence ONLY Short Films should be submitted NO DOCUMENTARIES. The entries can be short digital animation films too on the topic.

COPYRIGHT: The Film must not contain any copyrighted work(s) belonging to third parties unless (1) Participants have a license to use such works in the Film; or (2) the use participants’ Film makes of such works is a fair one under the copyright laws. Participants will retain any licenses and provide them to organisers upon request.

TECH TALK
-
Three rounds will be conducted.
-
All the rounds based on the tropic technical part and engineering studies.
-
The time limit for 1st round will be 1 minute,2nd and 3rd round will be 1 minute and 30 seconds.

The participant should speak the content relevant to the topic.
-
If the participant make a long pause and if their content is not related to the topic they will be rejected.
-
The participants passing through each round will have topics on different engineering streams

A test is conducted with a set of 20 questions related to C with a time limit
of 15mins and the top scores are allowed for the final round. -
